Cannot recommend! Very unappealing place. Customer service is a joke. Been to the Lieto location three times (2016-2017), always the same shitty taste in my mouth. I know when I get good service and the job is done perfectly, and I don't give a damn for a week after the service. As a professional car driver, I can appreciate good service and sticking to an agreement. When you don't have either and the car is sitting in the yard and not doing productive work, it's no laughing matter. The cleaners and the staff at the munkkipussi deserve praise. They greet you cheerfully every time, unlike the maintenance supervisor. One star is too many for the maintenance services. I'm voting with my feet, I won't be doing business here again.

I don't know about the speed of the work, because I was never notified when the car was ready, even though they promised to call. The management didn't even apologize when I complained. They just said that it looks like it's ready now.

Good service, fast! Car was repaired on Friday evening after a minor accident and on Saturday the job was done and the car was ready to drive.

It's really sad if something happens to the car during the repair they are completely silent and don't say anything.
